Vegan XMas Special with Jackie

20. November 2025. 6pm-9pm During this workshop Chef Jackie will teach you delicious and enriching recipes to get you through Christmas, New Year’s or any holiday you celebrate. Chef Jackie will guide you step by step through these healthy, guilt free but indulging dishes that will impress your family and friends. We will use fresh local produce from local organic farmers and of course enjoy the dishes we make with some frozen Mango mojito’s that we also make ourselves. Menu: - Beetroot onion tarte tatin - Christmas wreath with spinach cranberry filling - Kale citrus salad with pickled onions - Eggplant cannelloni - Peanut butter cup pie with ganache topping - Frozen mango (virgin) mojito's
