In this workshop Chef Jackie will take you to her Indonesian roots and teach you authentic Indonesian family recipes. Recipes that are mouthwatering and full of flavor, easy to make at home and will impress your guests when you re-create them. We will use fresh local produce from local organic farmers and of course we will enjoy the dishes we make with homemade Tamarind Lemonade, Apple waterkefir or Flavored water. Menu: - Yellow rice - Atjar (pickle) from cucumbers - Sayur lodeh (vegetables in coconut gravy) - Tofu sate with superior peanut sauce - Sambal (Indonesian hot sauce) - Jackfruit rendang - Rujak (savoury fruit salad)
