During this workshop Chef Jackie will teach you effortless, mouthwatering plant-based dishes with a Caribbean touch. Chef Jackie will guide you step by step during the cooking of an easy and colourful 3-course menu full of flavor and easy to make again at home. Menu: - Mango Gazpacho - Buffalo cauliflower wings with papaya ketchup - Curried chickpea salad - Coconut rice with okra - Mango passionfruit crumble We will mainly use local produce from local organic farmers and of course enjoy the dishes we make with some homemade Tamarind Lemonade, White Hibiscus Iced Tea or Flavored Water.
